Pulses are a storehouse of many nutrients. At the same time, if they are sprouted, then their nutrition takes a new form. Usually sprouted lentils are eaten with a sprinkle of plain or cumin onion. Apart from this, they can be eaten in many ways, so let me tell you today a new sprouts recipe.

Ingredients
- Bean sprouts and fenugreek-1 cup (gram, moong, fenugreek seeds(चना, मूँग, मेथी दाना)
- Potatoes – 2 boiled and mashed
- Onion – 1 finely chopped
- Tomatoes – 1 finely chopped
- Carrot-1 Grated
- Garam masala–1half teaspoon (optional)
- Coriander Powder – 1 tsp(optional)
- Green chili – 1 finely chopped
- Salt – as per taste
- Black pepper – half a teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Bread – white, Brown
Recipe
Put onion in pan and fry for 2-3 seconds. When onions become slightly transparent, add chopped tomatoes and fry them for 2-3 minutes, remember tomatoes, onions don’t cook for long, now add carrots and sprouted dal in it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add potatoes to it and add coriander powder, green chillies, salt and garam masala as per it and cook it for 2-3 minutes. After cooking, cool it. Take 2 slices of bread and grill it between them or roast it on a grilled.

Take a bowl and mix sprouts, carrots, green chillies, black pepper, and salt in it. Take 2 bread slices, fill this mixer in it and apply grated mozzarella cheese on top and grill the sandwich or roast it on a slow flame on a griddle and serve with sauce.
