
Ingredients
- Boil potato 4 big size
- Salt (According to taste)
- Red chilli ( According to taste)
- Garam masala 1 small teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1 small teaspoon
- green coriander 1teaspoon
- Mint: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1 small teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Baking powder half small teaspoon
Method
- Grate the potatoes well
- Now add all the ingredients, mix it well and make a smooth doe
- Now cover the dough for 10 minutes
- Now take a little bit of doe and give it a round shape
- Now apply light oil in your hand and keep the potato paste in your hands and give it a chapati shape with light hands
- Make all the papads one by one like this
- Now put all the papads on a plastic paper to dry in the sun, before applying the papads, apply well refined oil on the paper so that the papads do not stick.

- Dry it for about 2 days in strong sunlight
- After drying fry the papad and serve it with tea.
