
Ingredients
- A bunch of mustard greens
- 1 and 1/2 glass of water
- Green chili as per taste
- Salt ( according to taste)
- Ginger paste 1 small teaspoon
- Garlic paste 1 small teaspoon
- Onion 1big teaspoons finely chopped
- Tamoto 1 Big teaspoon finely chopped
- 2 big teaspoon makki ka atta
- 2 small teaspoon desi ghee
Method
- First wash and chop the sag
- Now take a pressure cooker and pour the sag into it and also add 1 and 1/2 glasses of water,salt,green chilli and close the cooker
- Allow at least 8/9 whistle of cooker
- Now when the cooker cools down, keep adding maize flour little by little, after adding the flour, grind it with a grinder or by kneading and make a smooth paste.
Tadka
- Take a pan for tempering and keep it hot on the gas
- Now add desi ghee to the pan and add ginger, garlic paste and roast it for 2-3 minutes
- Then add chopped onion and fry until transparont
- After the onions are done, add tomatoes and fry them till they leave the tempering oil.
- Once tempering, add sag to it and mix well
- sag is ready, now you can serve it with paratha or roti
