
Ingredients
- Coconut chura(चूरा) 1small bowl
- Cundest milk as per requirement
- Gulukand 2 small teaspoon
- Dry fruits finely chopped
- Gulab katri half teaspoon
- Anise (सौंफ) half teaspoon
- Betel leaves(पान के पत्ते) 5-7 Finley chopped
Method
- Add coconut powder and betel leaves to the bowl.
- Knead soft dough after adding a little bit of cundest milk and keep it covered for 5-7 minutes.
- Add dry fruits, rose buds, fennel seeds, and a little coconut powder to Gulkand for stuffing
- Now apply some oil in your hands to make dough
- Now fill the filling by pressing it with the thumb in the middle
- Now close all sides and make laddus
- Sprinkle coconut dust on top
- Paan Laddu is now ready to serve
