Gobi& suji cutlet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup suji( semolina)
  • 1cup boil cowliflower (फूल गोबी)
  • 2 green chilli finely chopped
  • 2 big teaspoon green coriander finely chopped
  • 1small tablespoon jeera powder
  • 1small teaspoon garam masala
  • 1small teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1small teaspoon Maggy masala
  • 1small half teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt according to taste
  • Refined Oil
  • 1 small teaspoon mint finely chopped
  • 2 cup water

Mathod

  • First, burn the gas and keep a pan for heating, reduce the flame and add semolina to the pan and fry for 2-3 seconds.
  • Now add 2 cups of water to the semolina and make a thick paste and turn off the gas.
  • When the paste cools down, add all the dried spices and cauliflower and mix it well to prepare a doe.
  • Now put oil in the pan and keep it for heating.
  • Now apply light oil in hands and make small dough of flour and deep fry it as per your desired shape.
  • Serve with ketchup after deep frying
