Homemade milk powder gulabjamun

Ingredients

  • 1cup milk powder
  • 2 big teaspoon maida
  • 2 big teaspoon suji
  • Half cup milk
  • 1big teaspoons desi ghee
  • Baking soda half teaspoon
  • Almond half chopped
  • 1cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Refind oil

Mathod

  • Take a bowl and add milk powder, maida, semolina, baking soda and desi ghee.
  • Now knead them lightly with milk.
  • Now apply a little oil in the hands and take this doe in your hands a little and keep almonds in it and make a round round laddu with a light hand.⏫⏫⏫⏫⏫⏫

  • Now place the pan on the gas and add oil to it.
  • Do not overheat the oil, just heat it lightly and reduce the gas.
  • Now pour all the bolls in oil one by one and let them fry, stirring occasionally.
  • Now place the pan on another gas and add sugar and water to it
  • Boil the water and sugar until the water is reduced to half and then turn off the gas.
  • On the other hand, when the gulab jamuns turn dark brown, take them out.
  • Now put Gulab Jamun in hot syrup and dip in the syrup for 2-3 hours.
  • After 2-3 hours, serve Gulab Jamun and serve it hot.
