
Ingredients
- 1 cup suji( semolina)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Salt according to taste
- Pinch of black pepper
- Water
- Red chatni
- Green chatni
- 1cup yogurt
- Oil
Method
- Add semolina to a bowl.
- Now add yogurt and mix it well.
- Now keep this paste covered for 20 minutes.
- Now add baking soda to the semolina and make a smooth paste by adding a little water.
- Now turn on the gas and keep the pan hot.
- Now add oil and let it heat up.
- Now turn the gas on the medium flame and pour it one by one into the semolina bhalle oil and fry till it becomes light brown.
- After making the bhalle, put them in hot water. This will remove their extra oil and make bhalle souft.
- Now take curd and whisk it well.
- Now take bhalle in a plate and add curd, powdered black pepper, red chutney, green chutney and serve it.
