Suji Dahi bhalle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup suji( semolina)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Salt according to taste
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Water
  • Red chatni
  • Green chatni
  • 1cup yogurt
  • Oil

Method

  • Add semolina to a bowl.
  • Now add yogurt and mix it well.
  • Now keep this paste covered for 20 minutes.
  • Now add baking soda to the semolina and make a smooth paste by adding a little water.
  • Now turn on the gas and keep the pan hot.
  • Now add oil and let it heat up.
  • Now turn the gas on the medium flame and pour it one by one into the semolina bhalle oil and fry till it becomes light brown.
  • After making the bhalle, put them in hot water. This will remove their extra oil and make bhalle souft.
  • Now take curd and whisk it well.
  • Now take bhalle in a plate and add curd, powdered black pepper, red chutney, green chutney and serve it.
