Ingredients

  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small teaspoon butter
  • Half teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 small teaspoon black pepper
  • Half teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt (According to taste )
  • Amul cream (optional)
  • green coriander

Recipe

Peel and chop the beetroot and carrots, put them in the mixer and prepare the paste. When the paste is ready then filter it and separate the pulp and juice. Now heat the pan and add butter to it and add garlic paste and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Now add beetroot and carrot juice and add salt and pepper together and let it come to a boil, turn off the heat when it becomes thick. Now put lemon juice, coriander leaves on top. Now garnish with Amul cream and serve hot soup.

  • Potatoes – 2 boiled and mashed
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Tomatoes – 1 finely chopped
  • Carrot-1 Grated
  • Garam masala–1half teaspoon (optional)
  • Coriander Powder – 1 tsp(optional)
  • Green chili – 1 finely chopped
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Black pepper – half a teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Bread – white, Brown

Recipe

Put onion in pan and fry for 2-3 seconds. When onions become slightly transparent, add chopped tomatoes and fry them for 2-3 minutes, remember tomatoes, onions don’t cook for long, now add carrots and sprouted dal in it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add potatoes to it and add coriander powder, green chillies, salt and garam masala as per it and cook it for 2-3 minutes. After cooking, cool it. Take 2 slices of bread and grill it between them or roast it on a grilled.

  • Coriander Powder – 1 small spoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt-flavored
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

Recipe

Peel the cucumber and cut it lengthwise into four large pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, asafetida and carom seeds and fry them. Add chopped green chillies, ginger, onion paste and tomato puree and fry them. Now mix all the dry spices like turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. When the masala leaves the oil, add cucumber pieces and a glass of water and mix well. Cover it and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Then turn off the gas. Add garam masala and serve chopped coriander over it
